Further information for athletes and their families.
- The regional carnival is a timed carnival. Athletes need to be able to enter the track or field via the marshalling area at least 30 mins before the time of their event listed on the program.
- First events for Saturday start at 8.30am and on Sunday at 8.00am.
- Athletes competing in the first field events on both days should go straight to the event area at least 35 mins before the start time listed on the program. Arriving late will prevent you from competing in that event.
- Athletes at field evetnts are not to take any mobile phones or wear any form of smart watch.
- Any athlete who will be withdrawing from the State Championships must notify the team manager before the end of the Championships on Sunday.
- A fee for each athlete of $10 is required even if you now won't be participating.
Uniform
It is essential that all athletes who will compete in Regionals wear the correct uniform and display their registration numbers, age patches and Coles patch as per the image below. Failure to do so will result in athletes not being able to compete on the day as per Regional rules.
