Entry: Entry for the Centre Championships is to be made on the prescribed form.

Forms are available to download here when details have been finalised.

You can also collect a hardcopy of the form at the canteen on Thursday competition evenings.

Completed forms should be either handed in to the canteen or emailed through to events@daptolittleathletics.org.au
